Hi, my name is Alex Chan and these blogs will be an insight into my life. I have embarked on a journey to self-improve, or personal development however you may like to phrase it.

After graduating University I’ve noticed that my motivation, habits, mentality and overall life has been somewhat regressive. This all started with me finding any excuse to put something off and to always procrastinate rather than be proactive. As time went on I have been progressively depressed about the situation. I’ve always gone to bed motivated on how to change my habits, but when I wake up, the motivation was gone and it was back to normal.

I’ve slowly progressed within my work life, freelancing, volunteering for charities like AgileVentures. But my personal/social life doesn’t seem to be improving.

I am out of shape, out of work and I live with my parents. Something has to be done.
